 Hi! I'm Devaa...

You may know me as the Co-Founder of The Shift Network and a guide of the sacred feminine for over 20 years.

My path began in the conventional world — studying at Stanford University, working as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group, and launching the Full Circle Fund, a venture philanthropy nonprofit. 

And yet, something deeper was calling. I made a radical shift into soul-centered work, attending an interfaith seminary, earning a Doctorate in Ministry, and devoting my life to women’s spirituality and the sacred feminine.

In recent years, life initiated me in ways I never expected. Stepping away from The Shift Network while navigating menopause, motherhood, and personal upheaval stripped me of old identities and asked me to listen more deeply to my body and inner wisdom.

That passage reshaped my work, which now weaves deep feminine wisdom with grounded, practical guidance.

During this master class, I'll show you 3 keys I've learned to support women like YOU in reclaiming your embodied authority, radiant presence, and capacity to lead from wisdom rather than force.
