I'm Devaa
You may know me as the co-founder of The Shift Network, or as a guide and teacher of the Sacred Feminine for more than 20 years. That part of my life has been a profound honor — and it’s true.
What you may not know is that, in recent years, I’ve walked through some serious FIRE.
I reached a moment where I had to step away from the company I co-founded — a decision that was far more painful and identity-shaking than I ever anticipated.
At the same time, I was approaching my 50th birthday, navigating intense menopause, tending to two young girls, and facing deep wobbles in my marriage — the central pillar of my adult life.
Around my 50th birthday, I remember thinking, “This is not where I imagined I’d be at this point in life… and yet...HERE I AM.”
There were many days when I felt like roadkill — even as I tried to hold it together on the outside. What followed was a long, nonlinear journey back toward stability, strength, and radiance. I needed real support. I needed compassion. And I needed practical, embodied ways to rebuild myself from the inside out.
I now call that passage my Midlife Chrysalis — and I know I’m not alone. I imagine you, too, have walked through your own fire over these past few years.
What emerged from that chrysalis was a deeper truth. I reconnected with who I truly AM beneath roles, achievements, and expectations. And I gained clarity about what is now being asked of women like us.
I am taking everything this journey taught me — the wisdom earned through lived experience — and putting it in service of women like YOU.
I sense that conscious women are meant to play a vital role in shaping what comes next for our planet… and who, like me, deserve to be held and supported as they step forward.
I feel a renewed fire in my belly — a calling to help awaken a powerful feminine force of love, wisdom, and beauty to counterbalance the grief, chaos, and brutality we’re witnessing in the world right now.
Because I know this to be true:

HOW IT ALL WORKS
Temple Sessions
Over nine months, we’ll gather 3x per month for our Live sessions for 3 weeks in a row, followed by a week of a peer-based Sisterhood Circles, and then a week of personal integration
(no LIVE session the 4th week).
Ceremony Circles
In the first and second Temple Sessions each month, Devaa will lead you through a ritual process to activate and honor the focus archetype(s) for the month. These sessions will include guided visualizations, sound activations, prayer practices, embodied movement, journaling, partner-explorations, and additional practices to support a catalytic field for awakening and soul expansion. Initiates will be offered Deepening Practices to work with the material on your own and incorporate the practices into your own life.
Please plan for approximately 2 hours for the Ceremony Circles, but at times we may need a bit longer. We suggest that you to allow a 30-minute cushion before you schedule other activities.
Sisterhood Circle
IIn the third session of each month, you'll engage in a less formal circle where you’ll have a chance to explore and share what’s emerging as you work with each archetype. What is most resonating with you? What’s most challenging? What are you learning? How are you growing?
Please plan for approximately 90 minutes for the Sisters Circles, but at times we may need a bit longer.
Practice Pods
For those interested, sisters in the program will have an opportunity to co-create a gift session for the other sisters in the program as an opportunity to step out in new ways to share your gifts, bless your sisters with your own wisdom, and collect feedback and testimonials as desired.
Optional Sessions
Sisters will be encouraged to self-organize into small practice pods for deeper connection and to together explore the tools and practices that have been offered for each archetype. It’s suggested, but not required, that the practice Pods meet 1x per month outside of our formal Temple Sessions.

As the Co-Founder of The Shift Network, a multiple 7-figure educational platform, Devaa has helped bring life-changing programs to over 3.2 million students worldwide.
In addition, Devaa was Founder and Host of the Inspiring Women with Soul series, which served over 130,000 women from more than 160 countries —all while growing her company from the ground up.
Through her private practice, Devaa supports her clients with Soul and Strategy Coaching to work on both the “inner” work of feminine leadership as well as the “outer” work of visionary strategy and implementation.
Devaa also offers a comprehensive Midlife Chrysalis process to support women in navigating the many changes that happen in midlife, including perimenopause and menopause, identity changes, relationship shifts, aging parents, and so much more.
Devaa earned both her BA and MA from Stanford University. She received her Doctorate in Ministry from Wisdom University (now known as Ubiquity University) and is also an ordained interfaith minister. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for her ecological anthropology work with indigenous groups in the Brazilian Amazon.
Devaa also completed her psychedelic guides certification through Bodhi Academy in Oregon. She offers psychedelic education & integration coaching.
Earlier in her career, Devaa was a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where she consulted with Fortune 500 Companies. She later worked as the founding Executive Director of the Full Circle Fund, a thriving venture philanthropy group, followed by a senior Director role at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. She is also a member of the prestigious Evolutionary Leaders group.
In her spare time, Devaa is a musician, and her songs fuse East and West with danceable grooves. Her debut album, Sacred Alchemy, aims to reawaken and liberate the many dimensions of the sacred feminine. Her most recent album, Rebirth, reached #1 on Amazon in the New Age Category.
Devaa lives in Northern California with her husband and two young daughters, who are her biggest loves and greatest teachers.
