These seasons often bring uncertainty, grief, confusion, and profound questioning.

Yet they also hold the possibility of greater authenticity, wisdom, freedom, and purpose—if we know how to meet them.

You may know me as the co-founder of The Shift Network, where I helped build one of the world's leading platforms for personal growth and spiritual learning. 

 

Or perhaps you know me through my work as an executive advisor, leadership facilitator, or teacher. 

 

But what you probably don't know is that the work I offer today was NOT shaped primarily by my professional achievements.

 

It was largely shaped by my own sacred thresholds.

 

Like many accomplished women, there came a season
when the life I had carefully built shifted in some big ways.


Midlife invited me into an unexpected series of initiations—through changes in identity, relationships, health, purpose, and the quiet unraveling of who I had known myself to be.

 

Those experiences continue to serve as a powerful crucible for transformation and soul expansion.

 

I've learned that one's deepest transformations rarely come from finding the perfect strategy.

Instead, they come from learning to listen—to our bodies, our hearts, our intuition, and the deeper wisdom emerging beneath life's uncertainty.

 

So now I am bringing together the wisdom of  more than two decades of sacred feminine spirituality, rites of passage ritual, somatic awareness, archetypal psychology, contemplative practice, and transformational coaching... woven together with leadership development, and executive advising... in service of your wholeness.

 

But more than anything, I bring the perspective of someone who is walking this path myself.

 

My deepest intention is to offer YOU a place where they don't have to navigate life's most meaningful transitions alone—where strategy and soul can coexist, wisdom and vulnerability are equally welcome, and every threshold can become an invitation into a more authentic and wholehearted life.
