While our intentions are sincere, we may unwittingly sabotage the results when we try to manifest them in a way that runs counter to the organic expression of our bodies, emotions and hearts.

As the Co-Founder of the Shift Network and the creator and facilitator of more than 25 programs on women’s spirituality, empowerment, and leadership, I’ve had the pleasure of working with thousands of amazing and inspiring women over the last decade.

Module 1: Laying the Foundations for Your Best Year Yet
This first month we will focus on creating a soul-aligned vision for 2025, guided by the Sacred Feminine's wisdom. Together, we’ll uncover what truly lights you up and explore how to align your desires with your deepest values. Through guided meditations, creative exercises, and rituals, you’ll tap into your inner knowing and the natural rhythms of life to set intentions that feel authentic and alive. This first phase is about planting the seeds of your dreams in fertile soil, learning to trust your intuition, and crafting a vision that flows effortlessly with the universe's energy.

Module 2: Expanding Beyond Your Limits
In this second phase, we will explore what has held you back from stepping into your full potential. This is your time to break free from old patterns, beliefs, and fears that no longer serve you. Through sacred feminine practices and nurturing guidance, you’ll learn to meet these limitations with compassion, transforming them into allies for your growth. Together, we’ll create a supportive space to expand your capacity for joy, abundance, and self-expression. You’ll also practice embodying the courage to dream bigger, take inspired risks, and move beyond the edges of your comfort zone into the limitless possibilities waiting for you.

Module 3:Â Manifesting from MagnetismÂ
In this final phase, we’ll focus on harnessing the sacred feminine art of easeful creation. Rather than pushing or striving, you’ll learn how to cultivate a magnetic presence that naturally attracts what you desire. A key part of this journey will be touching into nine archetypes of sacred feminine leadership, each offering unique "superpowers" to aid in manifesting the life you truly desire. These archetypes, from the Benevolent Queen to the Visionary Oracle to the Prophetess, will guide you in embracing your fullest potential and aligning with the universal flow. Through practices blending deep self-nurturance, alignment with these archetypes, and intentional action, you’ll refine the skills to call in your dreams with ease and grace.
How It Works

We’ll gather twice per month for our Live Temple sessions, approximately 1.5-2 hours each. Sessions are tentatively set for Fridays at 11am Pacific, but this could possibly be adjusted if it's not a workable time for those who enroll.

The first half of the session will include ritual activations and practices to activate the energies that we are exploring together. These practices may include guided visualizations, sound activations, prayer practices, embodied movement, journaling, partner-explorations, and additional pieces to support a catalytic field for awakening and soul expansion. Â

The second half of the session will involve a dynamic field of practice where participants will be invited to explore and share what’s emerging as you work with the material, as well as what is activating and integrating as you seek to manifest your best year yet.Â

Circle sisters will also be offered Deepening Practices to continue to work with the material on your own and incorporate the practices into your own life.Â

- This is an intimate circle for mature spiritual sisters who feel the call.
- I’ll be offering personalized energetic work, guided visualizations, affirmations, and whatever else is received in meditation for you and the group.

Rev. Dr. Devaa Haley Mitchell is a transformational leader who supports people to reconnect with their spiritual depths, unleash their leadership gifts, and step into their full potential. Devaa is the Co-Founder of the Shift Network, where she helped launch the company and build its culture, contributed to the design of many core offerings, and set-up Shift’s social change & philanthropic activities.
She was also the Founder of the Inspiring Women with Soul series, which has served over 130,000 women from more than 160 countries.
In her private practice Devaa offers spiritual mentorship, business coaching, and personalized retreats and psychedelic plant medicine circles for clients from around the world.
Devaa supports her clients to work on both the “inner” soul work of visionary leadership as well as the “outer” work of strategy and implementation.
Through her trainings, mentorship, and the community she cultivates, Devaa offers a space for true soul transformation as well as worldly manifestation. As a result, Devaa’s clients are able to reconnect with their soul essence, make a meaningful contribution, and live a life they LOVE.

Earlier in her career, Devaa was a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where she consulted with Fortune 500 Companies. She later worked as the founding Executive Director of the Full Circle Fund, a thriving venture philanthropy group, followed by a senior Director role at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. She is also a member of the prestigious Evolutionary Leaders group.
In her spare time, Devaa loves to share music, and her songs fuse East and West with danceable grooves. Her debut album, Sacred Alchemy, aims to reawaken the many dimensions of the sacred feminine. Her most recent album, Rebirth, reached #1 on Amazon in New Age.
Devaa’s pro-bono service projects include formerly serving as Co-Founder & Director of the Madrone Grove nature school program for kids. She also served as Music Director at the San Quentin Prison’s Parallel Play Project. Her international service projects include working with arts-based techniques for transforming violence in Angola, facilitating a program for staff at an HIV orphanage in Ethiopia, & distributing water filters in India - among others.
Devaa is the proud mother of two young daughters who, along with her husband, Stephen Dinan, are her greatest loves and biggest teachers.
