Rev. Dr. Devaa Haley Mitchell is a transformational leader who supports people to reconnect with their spiritual depths, unleash their leadership gifts, and step into their full potential. Devaa is the Co-Founder of the Shift Network, where she helped launch the company and build its culture, contributed to the design of many core offerings, and set-up Shift’s social change & philanthropic activities. 

She was also the Founder of the Inspiring Women with Soul series, which has served over 130,000 women from more than 160 countries. 

In her private practice Devaa offers spiritual mentorship, business coaching, and personalized retreats and plant medicine circles for clients from around the world.

Devaa supports her clients to work on both the “inner” soul work of visionary leadership as well as the “outer” work of strategy and implementation.

Through her trainings, mentorship, and the community she cultivates, Devaa offers a space for true soul transformation as well as worldly manifestation. As a result, Devaa’s clients are able to reconnect with their soul essence, make a meaningful contribution, and live a life they LOVE.

Devaa earned both her BA and MA from Stanford University. She received her Doctorate in Ministry from Wisdom University (now Ubiquity University) and is also an ordained interfaith minister as well as an ordained Priestess and “Focalizer” of the 13-Moon Mystery School.

She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for her ecological anthropology work in the Brazilian Amazon. Devaa is now also training to be a Certified Psilocybin Guide for those interested in plant medicine journeys. 

Earlier in her career, Devaa was a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where she consulted with Fortune 500 Companies. She later worked as the founding Executive Director of the Full Circle Fund, a thriving venture philanthropy group, followed by a senior Director role at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. She is also a member of the prestigious Evolutionary Leaders group. 

In her spare time, Devaa loves to share music, and her songs fuse East and West with danceable grooves. Her debut album, Sacred Alchemy, aims to reawaken the many dimensions of the sacred feminine. Her most recent album, Rebirth, reached #1 on Amazon in New Age.

Devaa’s pro-bono service projects include formerly serving as Co-Founder & Director of the Madrone Grove nature school program for kids. She also served as Music Director at the San Quentin Prison’s Parallel Play Project. Her international service projects include working with arts-based techniques for transforming violence in Angola, facilitating a program for staff at an HIV orphanage in Ethiopia, & distributing water filters in India - among others.

Devaa is the proud mother of two young daughters who, along with her husband, Stephen Dinan, are her greatest loves and biggest teachers. 

Mireya Alejo Marcet, M.A. MFT, is an artist, licensed psychotherapist (MFC#44997), teacher, professional astrologer and expressive arts therapist. She provides services in English and Spanish.

Since 1988, Mireya has been committed to the process of spiritual growth, consciousness exploration and creative expression.  She studied Social Anthropology at Universidad Metropolitana in Mexico City, her birth place and home land.  Her degree thesis focused on curanderas (traditional women healers) with whom she worked and learned from for almost a decade.

She earned her M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a focus in Expressive Arts Therapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, California in 2002. She also studied Drama Therapy with Armand Volkas at the Living Arts Counseling Center.  

Mireya is a Holotropic Breathwork facilitator, certified by the Grof Transpersonal Training (GTT) since 1993.  She has facilitated groups and individuals in this approach locally and internationally for the past 30 years.  She was an active part of the senior GTT training staff since 2002,  both in the US, Mexico, Austria & Ukraine. And worked at numerous workshops with Stan Grof, his ex wife Christina, now wife Brigitte, Tav Sparks, Diane Haug and others in the Transpersonal Psychology field.

Mireya has a strong interest in the integration of expanded states of consciousness and spiritual emergence processes. She created an intensive residential module and an online training,  titled "The art and practice of integration" using altars, work with the land, expressive arts and other modalities.  Other interests are: birthing the authentic expression of who we are through the creative process, inter-generational and collective/historical trauma, and the transformative and healing power of ritual, the sacred and creativity in individuals and community.

She is the creator of the process  "AltarCreation- A Canvas in Movement", a process of working with altar creation & creative installations ceremonially, creatively, therapeutically and in the natural world,
both with individuals and groups.

Mireya has over 30 years of experience as a professional astrologer and uses depth astrology as a tool for self awareness, insight and transformation.  For more then 20 years, she has worked towards the empowerment of women through the use of the expressive arts, ritual and ceremony.  She has lead groups exploring themes like domestic violence, women's lineage and ancestry, young women's initiation passage, the integration of the spiritual journey, women and power,  menopause and the mid-life transition. 

She is currently an adjunct professor in the Expressive Arts Masters program and a mentor for the Certificate in Psychedelic Assisted Therapies and Research, both at the California for Integral Studies in San Francisco.
