Maria is one of the most passionate humans you will meet. Her life’s work and mission has been to unleash the collective voices of millions of storytellers to remind people of who they are, why they exist and where their place is within their respective communities. In early 2000, she was amongst the first to pioneer influencer marketing with a mission to bring more consciousness into advertising - the trillion dollar super highway of attention through meaningful and impactful storytelling. As the visionary and co-founder at Linqia, over the past decade, Linqia has earned its place as a leading tech enabled full service influencer marketing provider whose turnkey programs deliver measured results for over 600 enterprise and emerging brands. Prior to Linqia, Maria was part of the founding team and COO at XING, Europe’s leading business network, where she led XING’s monetization and internationalization plan exiting shortly after its IPO. Today, XING has a market cap of over $1B. At the age of 19, Maria founded her first company - a content marketing agency that grew to be one of the most respected consultancies in Australia. Additionally, Maria has been recognized as one of the leading women in technology by Forbes and is a contributor to the Forbes Agency Council. Maria's passion for Social Impact Storytelling is based on the belief that all ideas start with two things, emotional connection and inspired action. In today’s world people are alert to catalyze those emotions into action to manifest positive change.

Devaa Haley Mitchell
Dr. Devaa Haley Mitchell is a transformational leader and executive coach who supports people to reconnect with their spiritual depths, unleash their leadership gifts, and step into their full potential. Devaa is the Co-Founder of the Shift Network, where she was instrumental in launching this multi-million dollar global education brand. Devaa was also central to building Shift's culture, contributed to the design and structure of many core offerings, and set-up Shift’s social change initiatives and philanthropic activities. In addition, Devaa is Founder and Host of the Inspiring Women with Soul series, which has served over 130,000 women from more than 160 countries. Devaa also works as a Leadership Trainer and Coach at Aurum Leadership International, where she supports corporate and nonprofit clients on the “people side of business.” Aurum is dedicated to creating vibrant, thriving, human-centered environments where individuals and teams can thrive and do their best work. Devaa earned both her BA and MA from Stanford University. She received her doctorate in Ministry from Wisdom University (now known as Ubiquity University) and is also an ordained interfaith minister. She was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for her ecological anthropology work with indigenous groups in the Brazilian Amazon. Earlier in her career, Devaa was a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group where she consulted with Fortune 500 Companies. She later worked as the founding Executive Director of the Full Circle Fund, a thriving venture philanthropy group, followed by a senior Director role at the Institute of Noetic Sciences. She is also a member of the prestigious Evolutionary Leaders group.
